Inspection trips allow a maximum of two people per party and usually last 4 days including date of travel. The cost of the inspection trip will vary depending on the time / season of your trip. Cost of inspection trip will be refunded if you purchase from one of our properties.

Please note that above mentioned prices of inspection trip fee are on per person basis.

Inspection Trip Fee includes transfers from and to the airport, Bed & Breakfast or Half Board Hotel Accommodation including drinks at meals, and inspection services. You get four days with your own personal property specialist who will only take you to view the properties that meet your requirements and that are within your budget. No hassle, no pressure. Here’s how it works.

1- You decide what your property requirements are.
2- You decide when you would like to travel.
3- Book your flights( to Bodrum International Airport)
4- Fill in the Inspection Tour Enquiry.
5- We will arrange your transfers ( from and to the airport ) and accommodation.
6- Based upon your requirements we will tailor your personal inspection trip. (Arranging meetings with developers / builders to view their projects)

INSPECTION TRIP ITINERARY

1st DAY
Arrival to Bodrum airport in Turkey you will be welcomed by an English speaking representative from Joy Properties, who will take you to your acommodation where you will stay during your inspection.

2nd DAY
After breakfast ( at aprox. 10 a.m. ) our English speaking property specialist will collect you from your accommodation and take you to our Office for an informal wellcome meeting. There you will be provided with information on properties which meet your specifications. Your property specialist will then take you to view the properties you have sellected. Thereafter you will be taken back to your acommodation again where you will have free time for the rest of the evening.

3rd DAY
After breakfast you will be collected from your hotel to revisit the properties you shortlisted from the day before. If you decide to purchase property on this day, you will be able to pay the deposit either by cash, travellers cheque or debit/credit card. You can also open a bank account (optional). We will take you to the solicitor and notary to get your power of attorney - you will be accompanied by a qualified english speaking legal translator - who will also prepare your sales agreement in both Turkish and English these will be signed by yourself (the buyer) and the seller. Please note that the legal processes can take a maximum of three hours ( under unexceptional circumstances ). In the evening we invite you to a special dinner where we evaluate the properties you have seen over the last three days or the propert you may have already agreeded on. After that you will explore more of what Turkey has to offer.

4th DAY
Time permitting, if you hadn't previously decided to purchase property, and have now decided, we can take you through the itinerary as mentioned above.

Should you decide to purchase property during the inspection trip our After Sales service team could take you to look for furniture, appliances and curtains. On completion of your property we could arrange to have the furniture, appliances and curtains delivered on your behalf after cleaning your home.

Refunds
If you book your inspection trip through us in advance and pay a deposit on a property (non-refundable) during the trip, we willl refund the cost of flights, and Inspection Trip Fee to you for a maximum of two adults (sharing a room in hotel accomodation or sharing an apartment). Refund will be made as being deducted from the last payment.
