AFTERSALE - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Security check:
We inspect your property and do the security check regularly. Especially during the winter time on your absence so many things could happen ie. storms, damages, dump, etc. Both inside and outside we keep on eye on your property. We check your property against robbery. We check if theres any dump or mould. We check water maintainance, etc. We open the windows for the fresh air also. We can take the picture of your property (if there any damages detailed report) and take the photos emailed to you with a report enclosed.
Price : £ 10 for each visit
Bill Payments:
We do your utility payments in your absence.When you return to Turkey, the bills will be submitted to you for payment. Price : £ 100.- ( once a year )
If you have an internet bank account in Turkey and would like to transfer the amount of bills on each payment term to our account then price will be:£ 20.- (once a year)
Protection of your property:
Althought there's a little crime in Turkey, for your own peace of mind, we can install a security system with CCTV by a professional security team, linked to the local police office station. We can also provide security railings installation to your property.

Pool Cleaning: Hygene is very important for swimming pools and Seasonal cleaning as a first start for a proper hygene. Swimming pools left iddle during the winter time causes bakteria and mould. Rotten mould is cleaned carefuly by our staff then chemicals are in use for the hygene of your swimming pool. We would like to remind you that; good measurement an quality equipment for your swimming water is the health of your swimming pool.
Quotation on request, but usually Price is set up relating to the size of the swimming pool.
We can also provide you a swimming pool if you don’t have one- design / building / installation of pumps and other relevant equipments - if you have enough space for it in your garden .
Infrastructure Repairs ( Plumbing, Electricity, Gas )
It is sadly the case that the plumbing and electricity equipment struggles through the various climatic changes and break down. It is then even harder to find skilled local workmen to repair the faulty equipment; we keep a plumber and an electrician permanently on our staff to help you resolve those issues when they occur.

We can provide you telephone line connection and Satellite System, Cable TV or Internet installations. ( Cable Tv and Internet installations require phone line connection )

Insurance Services
Do you wish to insure your property against fire, earthquakes, burglary, or acts of God then we can recommend you to a preferred insurance company who will look after all your insurance needs ie. property and contents insurance or for your personal requirements ie. health insurance .

Residency Visas
When you plan to stay in Turkey longer then usual. You need more than a tourist visa. For reside permanent residency issues we do give services too.
Price: Transport cost and invoices for taxes paid by residency holder.
Welcome Pack
On your arrival to your house you may need essential goods ie. milk, bread, orange juice, bottled water(1X5 litres), butter, jar of coffee, jar of, eggs(X6), sugar, jam, tea bags
Price : Cost of items requested plus 10 %
Airport Transfers:
We can arrange airport transfers from - to Airport. Let us know about flight details in 1 week prior notice. Transfers are on V.I.P basis , transfer routes operate a door-to-door service. Our large name cards make it easy to find us at the airport.

If you don’t have a washing machine at home , we can do your personal laundry in our laundry center. All you must do is just let us know.

Welcome your guests / tenants:
We welcome and greet your guests / tenants. We do a welcome meeting and give all the appropriate information about the resort and Turkey, sightseeings and excursional areas, where to eat, important health and safety issues to be carefull about, communication details in events of emergency.
Price: £ 10 for each welcome meeting
Property Check Before Tenants Leave:
We check the property before tenants leave to ensure that all is in good order i.e furniture, appliances and household items.
Price : £ 10 for each check
Fiscal / Taxation Services:
If you have earnings / revenue on your property in Turkey by renting your property out for long term or letting it for short terms you must give tax for it, and tax declaration for your earnings from your property.

We prepare tax return / declaration to local tax office on your behalf and make the tax payment for the relevant rental revenue.

CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION SERVICES
construction clean consists of:
-Clean the windows inside and out
-Remove and tent to any marks left by builder
-Clean wardrobes inside and out
-Sweep and wash and disinfect floors
-Dust shelving
-Clean kitchen cupboards inside and out
-Clean and disinfect bathrooms
-Sweep and wash terraces
This is done in two steps.
First step:we clean the building just after construction work is done before you move your equipment and fit your furniture.
And Second Step: just after all your goods carried in.
