We have a very long backround in the region before getting involved in to Real Estate business due to the property boom that has become a major market in the coast line of Turkey both for foreigners and the locals in the last five years. We were based on tourism and hospitality industries in the same region and have very good knowledge of the region and history of transformation and development that has been taking place in the Altınkum, Akbuk, Kusadasi and Bodrum regions.

We do only work with officially accredited construction companies above ourselves and highly reputable builders in the region as for it is not only the sale that accounts, it is the client satisfaction that it is gained after a deal has commenced and in order to get complete satisfaction from all our clients and the agents abroad that we work in partnership with, we need to be very selective in who we conduct business with in order to protect all who is concerned.
